On 15th September 2008, I will continue my own personal battle against MS with a 5,262 mile sponsored walk to 722 Newspaper offices and Radio Stations in mainland England in order to raise crucial funds for MS research. Strangely enough that's worked out at one mile for every day that my wife Gwen has had MS.

During my last sponsored walk, from Bury to Bremen, your sponsorship totalled £ 9,188.42 and € 1,808.38; that's an inspirational £10 a mile. Thank you again. Your kindness, good wishes, and support stayed with me all the way to Bremen and back.

Could you walk ONE MILE with me (takes about 15 minutes on a good day) and raise £10 for research?

The first section of the walk through the North of England will take me through, or within a mile of, more than 900 towns and villages. If just ONE PERSON from each town or village could walk ONE MILE and raise £10, the total raised throughout the country would be a tremendous boost for research.
